Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 30, 2026 Last updated: August 30, 2026

397 Digital LLC (“397 Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates 397digital.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or contact us through this website, how we use it, and what choices you have.

This policy covers visitors to this website only. It does not cover data we access or process on behalf of clients under a separate services agreement.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a contact or quote form, sign up for our email list, book a call, or start a chat, we collect what you submit. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number, company name, website URL, and whatever details you include in your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and general location (city or region level).

Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to keep the site working properly, remember your preferences, protect against spam and abuse, and understand how people use the site. Some cookies are set by us, and some are set by third parties.

Our primary analytics provider, Fathom Analytics, is privacy-focused and does not use cookies or collect personal data. If Google Analytics is active on a given page, it does set cookies and collect the technical information described above.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking or deleting cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it.

We share information only with the service providers listed above, who need it to perform services for us, and when we are required to by law, subpoena, or valid legal process. If 397 Digital is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our normal business records. Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider’s settings.
